His diverse background includes significant roles in the US Army, manufacturing, operations, and maintenance. As a former U.S. Army Aviation Officer and Commercial Helicopter Pilot, Bill brings a unique perspective to his work. He is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Team, a certified facilitator for the 6 Types of Working Genius, a Miller Heiman Certified Professional, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a Project Management Professional certificate. Bill has held multiple management and leadership positions with Federal-Mogul, Honeywell Aerospace and Plexus Corporation rounding out manufacturing experience in both OEM and Contract Manufacturing.
