Kari is a Brand to Demand marketing leader and storyteller with over 20 years of bold experience with storied B2B and B2C brands including HP, Travel & Leisure, T-Mobile, Intuit and Zendesk. For 15+ years, she has held leadership roles in Global Marketing Strategy and Planning, Corporate Marketing,  Digital Marketing and Campaigns, Social Media and Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing and Communications. She also held broader Marketing Executive roles at local Boise companies, Scentsy and ClickBank. She has led emerging capabilities in Digital, Brand, Content and Social Media throughout her career managing teams ranging from 3 to 45 members to deliver impact through technology at scale.


Most recently, Kari was the VP of Brand Marketing, Content Marketing and Social Media at Zendesk securing the largest investment in the brand to reframe the company narrative and visual identity and launch a compelling brand campaign. “The Customer is Always Human” launched in April '24 in seven global markets and is designed to drive +5% in unaided awareness and +3pts in consideration.
