As an engineer early in Mick’s career, he was selected in a prestigious two-year International Leadership Program at The Boeing Company, sponsoring his MBA and aggressive career growth. Where he managed and led strategic initiatives for the $100B plus company for ten years building his foundation on how to scale businesses and organizations effectively in a lean and rapid manner.

He has held successful leadership roles at The Boeing Company, AT&T Wireless (IPO), Micron Technology, Click Bank (FinTech) and helped aggressively scale many hyper-growth early-stage companies with multiple exits including an IPO.
